Danielle Dean is a dancer and performer of over twenty years in Hip Hop, Ballet, Lyrical and Jazz, Modern & Contemporary. She is a teacher at heart. During her high school years at Samuel Clemens High School, she was on the dance team and worked earned an Officer position in 2006. After graduating from high school, Danielle began her studies at Palo Alto College as a Dance Major. During her time at Palo Alto College, she found her passion for Modern dance and Ballet Folklorico.

She has been a choreographer for over 15 years after receiving training from national conventions, workshops and coursework. She has been a member of the modern dance company, Erison Dancers, under the direction of Erica Wilson-Perkins.

Danielle has been a dance family member and instructor at Image Dance Company and Academy since 2014. Danielle has been a member of La Imagen de San Antonio and Alma Gitana and has also trained in ballroom, social dance, Spanish classical and folk Dance, and Flamenco.

Danielle is a mother of two children and enjoys sharing dance performance moments with them. Currently, she enjoys watching her daughter enjoying learning numerous dance styles.

Danielle has been inspiring her children and the students of Image Dance near a decade and has been a factor in the growth and development of many of the dance performers. She is very excited to be sharing her knowledge and passion for dance with her students as she is an instructor of passion and creativity!

Natasha Villarreal

Native to San Antonio, as a former nationally ranked USAG Sr. Elite

Acrobat Gymnast, USAG gymnast, dancer, choreographer, and aerialist, Natasha has educated herself in all these aspects to share her knowledge with any and all students to better themselves in their field. She has taught gymnastics for 15+ years; trained and competed for 20+ years, and choreographed for 10+ years, has trained, choreographed, and performed circus aerials for 10 years.

Natasha holds an Associate of Arts in Dance, Liberal Arts and Business and currently teaches gymnastics, acrobatic gymnastics, acro dance, and aerial dance. She has experience with choreographing state, regional, and national and international acrobatic and gymnastic routines and San Antonio Spurs halftime shows. She has directed summer intensives and camps on acrobatics, aerials, circus, tumbling, gymnastics as well as flexibility and strengthening, not only in the USA, but Canada.

Natasha acquired all this with many years of dedication and determination, the same as each student should have to accomplish their personal goals in classes. She has taught all ages from walking to adults and finds joy in sharing her knowledge to all who crave to learn. 


Isabel Rosas started dancing at three years old and with Image Dance Company and Academy at four. She has studied ballet folklorico, Spanish, jazz, contemporary and hip hop. In addition to dance, I’ve also studied music for the past 11 years primarily playing the oboe but also sousaphone, bass clarinet, piano, English horn etc. She is currently on the board of directors for Alamo City Community Marching Band with an exciting opportunity to play in France for their D-Day events in 2025. She was the principle Oboist in the San Antonio Youth Wind Ensemble from ages 15-20. Her musical experience was nurtured when she was a member of the bands Theodore Roosevelt High School award winning unarmed drill team The Riderettes and an officer in the battalion. In addition to working with IDCA, she is a sales associate, moderate an online community/business in K-pop merchandise and am a scare actor at a local haunted house.
You will find Isabel working with Folklorico 2 level dance classes and substitute teaches many of the hip-hop and folklorico and Spanish dance classes.

Laura Pfeuffer

Laura Pfeuffer is originally from New Braunfels, TX and has lived in San Antonio for the past two years. She knew who she was from a young age, and found performing and dance at 4 years old. She grew up attending tap, jazz, ballet, and baton twirling classes. In 2013, she won the Texas State Championship Basic Strut in twirling and joined the New Braunfels High School Drill program in 2014-2018. Being a natural left turner, Laura had big dreams of being a professional dancer before a knee injury changed her plans. Nevertheless, she taught pom, cheer, lyrical, and twirling classes at Hermann Sons Life Camp under the nickname “Padre” and recently choreographed the soon-to-be winning pom trio for Brackenridge Eaglettes officer trio. Laura has a Bachelors in Business Administration and a Masters in Marketing from Texas A&M University. Outside of dance, Laura is full-time in beverage sales with Southern Glazers. 


Liz is a Professional Dancer & Instructor, from San Antonio, TX, born and raised. Dancing has always played a role in her life and she has studied a variety of styles and variations including ballroom, swing, country, latin, heels, contemporary, hip, hop, jazz, and aerial dancing. She began teaching and competing in college, has been in the industry as a professional for over 8 years working with a variety of ages from children to adults and has won 1st in multiple categories at multiple competitions across Texas and overseas.

Liz is currently the Hip-Hop & Kid Funk instructor and is sharing her exhilarating energy with the students of Image Dance.

Deidra Angulo Barboza

Deidra, (Ms. Dede) was born in raised in San Antonio, Texas and loves all of its influence it has upon her. She was born into the Angulo dance performance family and began her dance adventure at Image Dance Company when she was two. She went on to attend Wagner High School.


Dede was a member of the inaugural children’s hip-hop entertainment Spurs squad, the Junior Jammers, when she was 9 years old. She was member during their entire run.. Dede has been a member of La Imagen de San Antonio, the performance troupe of Image Dance and Alma Gitana, the flamenco group. She is well versed and trained in Ballet Folklorico, Spanish regional, classical and folk, Flamenco, Jazz, Contemporary, Latin Ballroom and Hip-Hop. Dede has been an instructor for Image Dance for over 11 years.

Dede has taken her love of dance and her zest for life and competed in many local preliminary and state pageants. The most treasured title of Miss San Antonio 2014 opened many doors for her. She has held numerous Teen Titles and additional Miss titles. She was also Ms. Texas and Ms. Regency International in 2021 and is currently Ms. Texas Petite 2025. The international title was a welcomed opportunity and allowed her an international outreach for her platform for SWAG. Strength for Wellness and Arts for our Generation.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her children and husband. She spends time with her friends and family, and dancing. She is looking forward to impacting her students once again. Deidra is currently a substitute teacher for Kid Funk, Hip-Hop and children’s folklorico classes and substituting other classes at all levels when needed.

Robin Hernandez has been dancing for 44 years. She began with tap & ballet and continued with tap, jazz, acro, lyrical, hip-hop and pointe. She’s enjoyed many master classes and conventions.

In 2005, she enrolled her, then 3-year-old daughter, with lessons from Image Dance Company and Academy. She began learning Ballet Folklorico and Flamenco at that time as well. She became a company member of La Imagen de San Antonio and Alma Gitana for many years a which time she began teaching students as young as two years old.

A wife and mother of two, Robin is currently an instructor of Ballet Folklorico 2 at Image Dance. Professionally, she is a Registered Nurse for the past 19 years. She graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center of San Antonio (now UT Health San Antonio) in 2003. After spending 16 years in behavioral health, she is currently a school nurse for 4 years. In addition to dancing, she also plays clarinet for two community bands, loves arts & crafts and studied graphic design.

Robin has been a valued member of the Image Dance family for over a decade and is not only a source of but is a force of fun and friendship within her classes and studio clients!
