Heaven’s Tears

Please indulge as I share a few words in a poem

As we say farewell to this year
We do so as clouds drop heaven’s tears
Tears that fall because of fear
Fear that really shouldn’t be here.

What calms fear – I call it faith
Faith in love and healing not hate
Leave hate and disdain behind in 2020
We have hope and prospects we create in plenty.

Welcome in your heart and mind a New Year
As love, conviction and faith are our new frontiers.
I ask for prayers of open skies as it clears
From the cleansing of this earth with Heaven’s Tears.
